Relaxed Apartments Haarlem

We stayed 2 nights and had really great time. Staff was pleasant and provided us with satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. Our location was marvellous and good, near Old Town.

Convenient location for family reunion, easy check-in, bonus parking space available, close to shops and restaurants. Nice bathroom with good selection of toiletries and fluffy towels. Pleasant staff and well-done breakfast room. Comfortable bedroom with no window, perfect for jet lag recovery. Sitting area with small fridge, microwave, sink, and coffee maker. Clean and functional facilities. Haarlem is a lovely community with excellent train service to Amsterdam. Helpful and kind daytime staff. Secure parking and large rooms with comfortable bedding.

All staff were great and hospitable.

Such touches as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe were useful. The property was in the center of the town. Erik made everything for all of us.

Excellent base for travelling to Haarlem and sightseeing. Marvellous and brilliant location close to everything, easy to get to a bus station, set walk from the apartment. Bright and incredibly comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast with excellent coffee, and nice and pleasant staff.

The rooms were spacious, and it was convenient to have a microwave, safe, and air conditioning.

its location was excellent and particularly good - easy access to centrum. everything was great and i got ironing for free.

The decoration at the hotel was absolutely charming! It had a warm and cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was excellent, with wide hallways and easy-to-navigate stairs. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

I would have loved to see more assistance available for senior people, especially when it comes to carrying luggage or getting help with heavy doors. The children of the staff were very friendly, but I wish there were more dedicated staff members available to assist us during our vacation.

Relaxed and minimalistic vibe, welcoming candles, two keys for group flexibility, friendly Tekkie the dog and Erik, good shower pressure, adequate breakfast.

We got great value for our money at Relaxed Apartments. The room was clean, spacious, and modern with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to a supermarket and just a short walk from the train station. The staff, especially Tekkie the dog and Erik, were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

We had a great Easter stay here! the apartment was modern, spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. the breakfast area was also a highlight, with a wide variety of foods to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay even more enjoyable.

the beds and couch were quite uncomfortable for sleeping, which affected our rest. the apartment lacked windows that could be opened, resulting in dry air when the heating was turned off.

Our host Brenda made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were cosy and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes all within walking distance. Brenda's helpful and funny personality made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back again.

I stayed at Relaxed Apartments for a week with my family. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to transportation and supermarkets. Having a little kitchen was a great convenience, especially with small children. The owner, Eric, was amazing and catered to our every need. He even surprised my son with a birthday present, which made our stay extra special. The apartment was modern and well-decorated, giving it a unique and stylish feel. we loved our time at Relaxed Apartments.
